About Enactus UBC

Our Story First founded as ACE (Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship) UBC in 2001, Enactus UBC’s purpose has always been the same: to make long-term improvements in the community through entrepreneurial action. Together, we believe that by channeling each person’s unique talents, passions, and ideas, we can make a much greater impact. With driven members and supporters who collaborate to provide innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing social issues, our club is committed to making a difference through our projects. Our Mission To make measurable improvements in the community through the use of entrepreneurship while helping UBC students become socially responsible business leaders. Our Vision To live in a world filled with accessible opportunity, less disparity, and people who look beyond financial profitability. Our Values Curiosity. We continuously question our environment, whether that be from an environmental, economic, or social perspective. We always wonder if we can make something better than before. Courage. We are willing to do something different in order achieve our goals. We understand the importance of taking risks for the betterment of our society, and we know that there is no better time to take them than now. Change. We crave to see improvements in the community, and are passionate facilitators who help make them happen.
