About Encompass Wellness

Encompass Wellness is focused on working with the subconscious mind and nervous system to decrease and fully recover from chronic symptoms such as body pains (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, headaches, etc.), fatigue, illness, anxiety, burnout, and many more. The Encompass Wellness approach to chronic symptom recovery is unique in that it does not focus on treating the body or site of pain directly, but instead targets fear of the symptoms, unresolved life stress, suppressed emotions, high-alert habits, and other factors that may be keeping the nervous system in a chronic state of danger-protect. Recent pain research studies show that this danger-protect state can fuel and even cause chronic symptoms. Encompass Wellness works to help clients decrease these danger signals, build safety, and find ways to start living life again. Encompass Wellness works with clients both individually as well as in group workshops. Workshops are focused on learning and exploring healthy ways to express and move through emotions such as fear, anger, and grief and rediscover a sense of calm, safety, and joy.
