Our retirement programs have in-person and virtual options, depending on which program you select. To learn more about the different types of programs we offer click "Learn More" above. - "As I consider retirement, when should l consider one of your programs?" - For the group experience of Horizon, we find that it is ideally suited for professionals beginning to think about retirement, so we recommend it for those as far as 5 years away from retirement. For our individual programs (Ovation and Insight), we recommend that you attend 12 to 18 months before your intended retirement date to provide a solid runway for both your exit and your future planning. However, if you’re closer to your retirement date, or have already retired, prior clients have shared that these programs are still valuable in adapting to life after retirement.
