Encore! is one of the leading fully-licensed performing arts companies in the UAE specialising in Classical Music and the Arts. In the last four years the experienced team has created, inaugurated and artistically managed the hugely successful Music in the Studio monthly series of concerts and masterclasses in close partnership with Dubai Opera, now in its ninth sell-out Season. The Founder and Artistic Director of Encore!, acclaimed concert pianist Amira Fouad, has established and directs the award-winning Music Academy at Nord Anglia School International (NAS). The Dubai-based school recently won the award for “Best School for Music in the UAE” at the prestigious Schools Compared National Awards for the second year running. In 2018 the team at Encore! and Encore! Foundation Co-founded and formed the new National Youth Orchestra and Junior National Youth Orchestra in the UAE (www.nyo.ae), which tutors and nurtures over 70 talented students from over 25 different schools to play in an orchestral group. The members are from a myriad of different cultural backgrounds and have performed at Dubai Opera, The Theater at Mall of the Emirates and at Global Village for the 50th UAE Golden Jubilee Celebrations. Amira and her team are passionate about musical outreach in the community and especially for the next generation. They bring to the UAE their wealth of experience including tours, concerts and masterclasses with international artists and orchestras such as the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, the English Chamber Orchestra and the London Mozart Players.
