About Encore Employment Enterprise
The Mission of Encore Employment Enterprise (E3) is to assist individuals age 50+ to find meaningful employment; to work with employers who value the experience and knowledge that comes from hiring an individual 50+; and to advocate for the elimination of agism in the workplace and beyond. We work with individual candidates to help them determine their current job goal and employment needs, to assess their most valuable skills (including transferrable and “soft” skills), and to prepare a strong resume for marketing their value to potential employers. We network with local employers to market our services and the value of employing these job-ready experienced workers, and we advocate for the elimination of ageism in the workplace and in society. Our services to candidates include career coaching, skills self-assessment, and resume writing/editing, and tips on interviewing preparation. Our services to employers include developing a clear understanding of their company and the position(s) they need to fill and doing a thorough screening of applicants to ensure a good match between candidate and employer
