ENCOS has been providing environmental services through its Compliance Division since 1994 and Coastal Services Division since 2000. ENCOS provides a variety of unique, safe and cost-effective services to the petrochemical industry, universities, non-profit research organizations, and state, local and Federal government agencies. ENCOS’ has completed projects in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, the Gulf of Mexico, and the eastern seaboard states of Georgia and Virginia. ENCOS’ Coastal Services provides data collection supporting Hydraulic and Hydrodynamic models, coastal restoration project long term monitoring, wave studies, salinity studies, discharge measurements, and maintenance and installation of NOAA PORTS® Stations. The scientists and technicians in this division possess skills to install, maintain, and operate diverse types of hydrologic and oceanographic instrumentation. They have the knowledge and aptitude to design, configure and install systems to meet client’s short term and long-term monitoring needs. ENCOS, Inc. has been continuously working in Compliance Services since 1994, initially completing groundwater projects under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA). Over the course of 25 years, ENCOS’s Environmental Compliance Division has broadened its scope to include Groundwater Sampling and Maintenance, Industrial Hygiene (IH), Ultrasonic Leak Detection, and Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR).
