About End With Care

Too often, individuals and families face end-of-life challenges without access to resources and support that could help them in this emotionally difficult time. Within Massachusetts there are services, care providers and support resources available for those facing life threatening illness or injury and for their families and caregivers. Yet sadly, many who might benefit from this information either have difficulty locating needed resources or worse, are not even aware they exist. Critical decisions may be delayed or not made, and the needs and wishes of the dying are often not honored. To help address these issues, we have created the nonprofit organization, End With Care. End With Care is an educational website and resource providing end-of-life information and tools to assist individuals, family members, friends and caregivers. In addition to offering valuable consumer information and a communication platform, our initial focus is a searchable directory of end-of-life care and service providers, organizations and related agencies serving communities throughout Massachusetts. Our goal is to provide a bridge between those in need of help and those who can provide care services and support. We will help navigate a difficult time, plan for and locate resources and strive to provide the information and access to help enhance quality of life. Please visit www.endwithcare.org.
