Endeavour Projects Ltd is a project management consulting company located in Calgary Alberta since its inception in August of 2009. Endeavour provides project management services to clients in the Western Canadian oil & gas and alternative fuels industry including natural gas and Hydrogen fueling systems and fleet maintenance facilities along with traditional hydrocarbon fields. Endeavour’s project managers collaborate with clients to provide designs which meet or exceed industry and regulatory standards while keeping the project on budget and schedule. We utilize our wide range of experience, expertise and foresight to facilitate projects and mitigate risk. We believe our services are client driven therefore our clients are free to access all of our services, or select specific services on an “as needed” basis. We can draw on the specialized talents of a highly qualified and reliable team which makes Endeavour able to quickly adapt to meet clients needs as those needs evolve. We find innovative ways to maximize efficiency for clients, for example, we recently developed and implemented an MOC program for a client and have streamlined the process to be able to take an MOC from initiation to approval in one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the change. Whether it is regulatory challenges, procurement, drafting, building new, or optimization of existing infrastructure, we help achieve client goals quickly, safely, on time and on budget.
