About Enemat OÜ

The Enemat company specialises in production of sophisticated small-size metal parts for precision mechanics. Our output is used in medical, military, automotive and other spheres where parts must be manufactured with great precision. We are currently supplying to various customers over 800 different part titles of varying sophistication. Our total annual output volume: over 500,000 parts. We use the latest and best machinery, including machining centres made by the German company Traub. We perform turning and milling of parts up to 30 mm in diameter with a tolerance of up to 3 microns. Burr even in the least accessible places is successfully removed under the microscope and the parts can then be polished. We understand only too well the importance of timely deliveries to our customers. To ensure that, we will work 24 hours and 7 days a week when necessary. Our experienced staff are capable of producing the most sophisticated parts from different types of steel and plastic (PEEK, PPSU, POM). The company is already an expert at making parts from stainless steel. We perform deep-hole drilling from 0.4 mm in diameter and up to 40 diameters deep. Our company has developed a unique three-stage system of quality control that allows us to guarantee 100% quality of the produced parts. Over the last two years we have invested over a million euros in quality and productivity improvements. We also regularly provide in-service training opportunities for the staff in Estonia, Germany and Switzerland.
