We design, install, and maintain building energy management systems for Building Owners, Property Management Companies, Schools, Industrial and Research Facilities, Franchises, Institutional Centers, Medical Facilities, and others. We provide intelligent, affordable, and effective solutions which are easy to use and will save our customers money. These solutions create Smart Buildings using the Internet of Things (IoT). We offer both turnkey (on-site), cloud-based Solution as a Service systems, and “parts and smarts” kitted solutions to our reseller partners and end user clients. Our state-of-the-art Data Centers host over 10 million square feet of connected real estate throughout the USA. These customers subscribe to our BMS ssurance Program which utilize our CONNECT – MONITOR- CORRECT strategies to provide assurance that their systems are always performing to their fullest potential. Connected buildings are monitored throughout the day by our experienced team of Facilities Professionals, our Helpdesk. Our live helpdesk is located within our Union City, CA office and provides both telephone and email support to customers and their tenants Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Automated alarms are monitored by helpdesk personnel 24x7 and are escalated to customers in the event of a critical system failure. We utilize the latest high technology components and our Building Clouds Opendiem software to create solutions that meet the needs of the customer. We can integrate with all major building automation software systems and brands allowing us to create multi-year migration plans to our Building Clouds technology.
