Specializing in multi-family housing, we also do landscape lighting, outdoor applications, street poles, parking garages, and specialized security and safety lighting. We are able to integrate dimming, motion sensors, photo cells, solar power, power factor correction, and anything necessary to customize your lighting for your needs. We provide free estimates and proposals, and use the lighting products we feel will look best in your space without regard to brand, as we have the most diverse catalog of lighting products available. Once a project is started, we assign you a dedicated project manager that stays with you throughout the entire process. If any rebates or tax incentives are possible, our accounting team with work with yours to ensure we help you maximize your return on investment and take advantage of everything available to help offset costs.
