About Enerpellets Group

Enerpellets arose from the initiative of a group of professionals with highly professional experience in the management of companies, who identified a market opportunity, widely export oriented, in the segment of energy and heat production. ENERPELLETS has its activity in the energy chain and will be a supplier of solid renewable based fuel such as the forest biomass pellet. Its solid fuel allows for the production of both energies, electric and thermic. ENERPELLETS is committed to producers of electric, thermic, or both energies. ENERPELLETS’ national and regional importance increases. It exports 100% of its production, and will import 0%, i.e., it has a Portuguese Added Value of 100%. In regional terms, it directly employs over 80 collaborators and indirectly over five hundred suppliers, providing to many micro and small companies a regular income and allowing for them to escape conjectural crisis in other sectors of the timber scope. It is also important to mention our role in the preservation and appreciation of the forests, as well as our contribution in their cleaning and, consequently, the reduction of the risk of forest fires.
