EnerQuest Corporation is a privately held Plano, Texas based independent oil and gas company engaged in exploration, development and production with primary focus on natural gas reserves in East Texas. EnerQuest’s operational expertise is in advanced completions in the Travis Peak formation which covers numerous counties in the Ark-La-Tex region. EnerQuest’s primary operating focus is the Travis Peak gas reservoir in the Nacogdoches, Shelby and Rusk County areas, with operating wells at mid-2010 in excess of 70, producing more than 15,000 mcf/day. We have drilled and completed 40 Travis Peak wells in the last four years and are planning to drill more in 2011. We have drilled as many as 7 Travis Peak wells on one gas unit, and most all of our units now have or will soon have multiple wells producing thereon. EnerQuest Corporation and its sister company, EQX, Ltd., enjoy a leasehold position in excess of 40,000 acres for future drilling and are constantly acquiring additional leases for their development portfolio.
