We work with women leaders and business owners who are ready to step up out of the paradigm trying to keep them contained and molded into someone and something they are not. They know this paradigm is not expansive enough, not humane enough, not connected enough. They feel the pain of that constriction and are deeply pulled to be and do something different - to EXPAND up and out. This paradigm "worked" for years - they navigated it, they climbed the ladder, but as they evolve it feels more and more constrictive and painful. We support these women in creating clarity, inspiring authenticity, and freeing themselves from the inside out. Work can be an extension of ourselves - it doesn't need to be a battle between who we're expected to be and who we are. There's a way to bring connection, love, and humanity into our work when we stand in our power with core-deep confidence to create even more powerful results. Connection, love, and humanity BELONG in our professional lives as much as they belong in our personal lives... We support women in shifting how they live and lead. We coach, consult, train, and facilitate - to support them in stepping up into their own power and into inspiring themselves and others.
