We work with dynamic, typically mid-cap organisations focused on growth and value creation. In most cases, organisations with Private Equity backing to prudently guide, support and enable growth ambition organically or via acquisition and integration. Collaborating with trusted change veterans, we work together to bridge the gap when a full-time, employed Change Director or CIO cant be justified, or we boost existing capacity and capability to deal with periods of exceptional change demand. Always drawing on the experiences and opinions of at least two 30-40 year careers, we think and acting as if in the shoes of your Change Director or CIO. We deliver using short steps with the outcome of each step tightly defined. 1) Confirming the context or cause; the challenge or opportunity; and diagnosing the change needed in response, tightly aligned to value creation strategy. 2) Framing what will be needed, agreeing principles and guide rails for how the change will be delivered, while winning and sustaining hearts and minds. 3)Assessing and designing the delivery organisation, matching capability and capacity required to in-house availability, existing partners and identifying gaps that need to be filled. 4) Ensuring all the required elements are in place, engaging capability to fill gaps and mobilising delivery so that it is aligned and set up for success. 5) Driving delivery, providing the change delivery experience to support governance and keep things moving in the best direction, driving resolution of issues and mitigation of risks. 6) Specifically for acquisitions, we provide deep-experience-based and practical due diligence. We focus on the target's IT estate; any business and IT change inflight, or planned; and the integration challenges and opportunities.
