EngagingMinds is a professional leadership development company founded in 2010 in Taipei, Taiwan by David Chard, a 25 year veteran of the professional training and consulting industry. Involved in training and development since 1989, David first began conducting media spokesperson training and crisis team simulation programs for his public relations clients in the Asia-Pacific Region. David has been investing in his own capabilities as a trainer, facilitator, and coach for organizations and individuals for nearly 30 years.
