SealScope™ inspects in real-time the seal quality of pouches, HFW and pillow bags and HyperScope™ hyperspectral imaging detects contamination in the sealing area of rigid plastic packages, containers, trays, pots etc. SealScope™ continuous in-line monitoring of the sealing quality results in highly optimized packaging lines, delivering a better package quality (compromised packages are typically reduced by > 90%), a higher machine output (up to 50%) and a substantial lower packaging cost. SealScope™ warrants package integrity and shelf life, reduces customer complaints and therefore today improves the brand image of top international players including General Mills, Unilever, FrieslandCampina, Materne, Ecolab and many more. HyperScope™ is a new in-line, 100% seal inspection system using hyperspectral imaging that detects foreign materials or contamination in the sealing area of rigid packages, such as trays, pots and containers. Hyperspectral camera technology enables to identify substances with different compositions such as plastics, paper, organic product, fat, liquids with a much higher contrast than traditional vision-based camera systems. In addition, when printed film is used, hyperspectral is the only imaging technology that detects contamination through the plastic top film reliably.
