Established in 2000, Engineered Textile Solutions & Associates, LLC (ETS) is a privately owned Sales, Design & Trading Company. For the last 18 years ETS has maintained close, two way supply partnerships with Hankuk Carbon, Co, Ltd, Hankuk Advanced Materials, Co, Ltd and TB Carbon, Co, Ltd – located in South Korea. Our primary core competencies are textile engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, shop floor processing and mechanical testing: all used to help our customers design complex, structural, industrial composite products. ETS provides carbon and glass thermoset hot melt and solvent prepregs for technically demanding INDUSTRIAL composite laminate applications such as high-end fishing rods, bike rims, bike tubes, medical imaging parts, electronics, and machined laminates to North American, UK and European customers. The company also exports key raw materials to Korea that are required for our partners’ production. ETS offers custom product and process design expertise to customers backed by our Partners’ modern chemical and mechanical laboratories. : from simple clear sporting goods resins to complex toughened systems for automotive parts. Materials can be supplied in the following ways: in roll form: slit, kitted, decorated and as cross-plied rolls and sheets of prepreg using a variety of industrial fibers: carbon pan, carbon pitch, glass, Innegra®, polyester, & S-2 Zentron®. ETS works confidentially with our customers and therefore we do not support a general web page to sell our products. ETSs’ partners have over 200 weaving looms, 10+ solvent treaters and 6+ UD hot melt lines. Distribution is available from our company’s freezer warehouses in Hartford, CT, Anaheim, California, and Liverpool, England; and from seven additional warehouses in North America maintained by our stocking distributor: Composites One.
