Engineering and Building Design are a small company offering a simple, friendly and reliable architectural design service. Established by Peter Redding in April 1984 and now run by his son Steve Redding, we have been working in and around the Worcestershire area and regularly do work from Ludlow to Coventry and Telford to Malvern. Specialising in the domestic residential sector, but we also undertake commercial and industrial design work. We work with homeowners, local builders and assist other local architects to find and achieve the best cost effective design solutions. Most clients will know what they want to achieve or if you don’t but want to gain more space in your home we offer straightforward honest advice, using our design skills and technical experience to make those first steps, and turn those ideas into reality and create a beautiful new home. We can provide drawings for your proposed extension, new home or just to make internal structural alterations. We offer the expertise to undertake the design and planning process on your behalf. Our service will take you step by step from an initial consultation, exploring the best scheme designs, submission for planning approval, through to detailed construction drawings including any structural calculations to obtain Building Control approval. All drawings are produced on computer aided design technology giving you clear 2D technical drawings at a competitive cost, or if you have difficulty in visualization we can produce realistic 3D sketch drawings or full 3D computer aided design models.
