About Engineering For Change - University of Edinburgh

Engineering for Change is about how, as students, we can help make a difference using our skills. We have both local and international projects that not only help to tackle climate change but also raise awareness within the wider community. Our projects include: Winds of Change: Building a 1kW wind turbine in rural Edinburgh in partnerships with the Cyrenians charity; and building flat-pack turbines to be used in STEM awareness in local schools. With a focus on providing tools and information for schools to learn and use themselves; rather than us solely teaching.
