Since its inception in 1954, Engineering Service Company of Colorado, Inc. (“ESC”) has been providing creative and cost effective surveying and engineering solutions across the Colorado Front Range and mountain communities. The survey department is the anchor of our services to our clients. Our surveys provide a precisely detailed layout of all the features of a parcel of land from its boundary to its site and utility improvements. The survey’s level of difficulty and accuracy is matched only by the sophistication of the equipment used to produce it. We employ the use of conventional Total Stations, TrimbleTM Robotics, and TrimbleTM Global Positioning System (“GPS”) receivers. By using our survey as the basis for design, we insure the integrity of the projects plan sets as they evolve to final form. Plan sets include Subdivision Plats, Zoning Documents, Site Plans, and Final Construction Documents necessary for municipal approvals and construction. ESC is positioned to accept the challenge of a full range of surveying projects. We have the ability to respond quickly to demanding assignments, project schedules, and changing project scopes.
