About enigma7
Hello! My name is Patricia Maris. I am a health and wellness strategist, an author, a businesswoman and an advocate for mental health. Since I can remember, my passion has been PEOPLE; their lifestyles, fitness aspirations, their love lives, and their personal wellbeing. Through lived experience and study, I have mastered the art of living well and have developed strategies for creating a state of wellness from within. From my learnings, I have developed and built a strong foundation for myself and have mentored and assisted many others in taking control of their own future selves. This is how enigma7 or E7 was born. (After all, being Australian, we shorten everything)! enigma7 is a self-paced online learning system consisting of 3 LEVELS containing 7 modules each; WILLPOWER – BREATHING – HYDRATION – THOUGHTS – NUTRITION – MOVEMENT and REST. These modules are delivered in the form of reading material and video coaching by me, for you. Designed for anyone who wishes to create balance in their life, learn to be more open to change in times of adversity, E7 has proven to be a step in the right direction for people seeking to improve their overall health, fitness or mental health (or all the above!), to achieve life balance. Being a perpetual learner myself means that I have mastered the art of teaching others how to love themselves first. My coaching will direct you towards the person you wish to become by demonstrating that HAPPINESS is a feeling and PEACE is a state of being. Having the ability to differentiate between emotion and state of mind is a core step towards living the life you want. enigma7 will unblock the negative emotions and allow you to FOCUS, STAY MOTIVATED and take OWNERSHIP of your life.
