Purpose & Goals: The purpose and goals of the Enjoy Life More Community Based Adult Day Program (ELM) is to provide support and guidance to program participants aged eighteen and above, who would like to access and participate in a variety of activities and services available in the community. The focus is to develop social, communication, and functional skills to increase independence, promote self-esteem and empower group participants. Mission: ELM’s mission is to help adults with special needs and their families to GROW, THRIVE and ACHIEVE in integrated communities. We support our participants in reaching their optimum level of individual potential by delivering a broad range of resources and ongoing guidance. ELM is committed to engaging individuals with choices that impact their lives.
