Enkidu Interactive is a board game and entertainment start-up that strives to bring friends and family together. Enkidu was a legendary figure in ancient Mesopotamian mythology, and the wartime comrade and friend of Gilgamesh, king of Uruk. In the literary classic, 'The Epic of Gilgamesh', Enkidu is a wild man created by the god Anu with the sole purpose of being an equal match to the (then) arrogant and tyrannical King Gilgamesh. After humbling him in an intense wrestling match, the two become best friends, and the course of Gilgamesh's life changes forever. We hope to capture the spirit of that story by creating unique tabletop gaming experiences that continue the purpose of the wild man– A purpose that changed the world through fellowship, teamwork, and good-spirited competition.
