This includes shamanic and tribal drumming as well a sound bath with crystal singing bowls at the end of your journey.We create a safe space for you to shed your daily suits and masks.This is a unique opportunity to have quality you-time with no distractions. Breathwork is the conscious practice of circulatory breathing which enables you to reset yourself from being on autopilot of 'fight or flight' mode to 'rest and digest'. Inhaling and exhaling out of the mouth without pausing for an extended period of time allows you to tap out of your thinking mind and triggers deep healing within the physical and emotional bodies. It can also release internalised emotions which are stuck in the physical body.
