Our goal is to connect as many people as possible through the practice of yoga. Ensō is a sacred symbol meaning circle of togetherness. It’s the manifestation of the artist at the moment of creation and the acceptance of our inner most self. It symbolizes strength, elegance, and the beauty of imperfection. It is traditionally drawn using only one brushstroke as a meditative practice in letting go of the mind and allowing the body to create, as the singular brushstroke allows for no modifications. This is where we will be sharing motivation and inspiration. Empowering you to reach your dreams and live your happiest, healthiest, most confident life. These practices are designed to give you the foundation to build a happy, healthy at-home yoga practice. We welcome all levels, all bodies, all genders, all souls! Yoga is the joining of the mind, body and soul through the use of movement, meditation, ethical practices, self-care and study. Yoga is my place of peace, joy, release, and freedom. A devotion connecting breath to body and mind through movement. This is a new beginning for me and I am so grateful to have you join me on this beautiful journey.
