Birmingham, London Richard Miner and Chris Backhouse launched Enterprise FD in April 2018, an ICAEW regulated business which will continue to fly the flag in providing part-time, flexible and temporary finance director services in April 2018. Both had been involved with FD Solutions for many years, an incredible organisation and one of the first businesses of its kind, to provide this service. With the founders of FD Solutions deciding to bring their partnership to an end, Richard and Chris were excited to be stepping forward with a number of their colleagues, all highly experienced FDs, to continue to support ambitious enterprises in this way. We talk about ambitious enterprises simply because they come in so many shapes and sizes, big and small, across all sectors from high growth tech driven businesses to manufacturing, distribution and professional services; to charities. What these enterprises all share is the will to break free from their constraints, to succeed and prosper. We've been part of that journey so many times and we look forward to it continuing: from turnaround to maximizing profits; from preparing for private equity investment to ultimate sale; from clear and user friendly reporting, not just looking back but looking forward with financial modelling; focused on solutions to overcome problems; presenting and negotiating and everything along the way.
