Entorian Technologies has changed its business model. Until July 2008, we focused exclusively on providing advanced module and system-level products for high-reliability and high-performance markets by offering stacking services and memory module services. In the first quarter of 2009, we terminated our stacking and memory module manufacturing services and closed our manufacturing facility in Mexico. In July 2008, we acquired Augmentix Corporation. Currently, we are focusing exclusively on our Augmentix business. Augmentix is a leader in rugged, MIL-STD-810F, mission-critical mobile and server computing solutions for use in harsh, demanding environments. By redefining the way rugged computing products are developed and delivered, our military, first responder, homeland security and industrial customers are experiencing a new standard in rugged devices. We have over 200 patent and patent applications pending, and are continuing to license this extensive stacking patent portfolio.
