Entrepreneurial Leadership Canada (ELCA) is a non-profit organization established in 2019 in Toronto, Canada (CORPORATION NUMBER: 1160655-7). ELCA's mission is to foster a supportive culture within the Korean community by helping individuals achieve their visions and goals through networking and mentorship with professionals from various fields. ELCA primarily focuses on mentoring programs for high school or university/college students, early career professionals, job seekers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. We have consistently organized seminars and lectures featuring experts in various fields such as employment, entrepreneurship, marketing, law, accounting, and business. Through these initiatives, we promote intergenerational networking, foster mutual growth among members, and provide hands-on projects and workshops that help participants gain practical experience. The purpose of ELCA's mentoring programs extends beyond simply guiding mentees in their chosen fields. By connecting them with mentors who possess diverse experiences, we offer mentees the opportunity to gain a broad perspective, even outside their area of study. Rather than focusing solely on immediate outcomes, our programs are designed to provide mentees with the tools to envision a brighter future and to encourage them to actively shape and pioneer their own paths. Furthermore, ELCA fosters a culture where mentees, upon completing their mentoring journey, have the opportunity to become senior mentors for the next generation. By passing on the knowledge and experience they’ve gained, they contribute to the continuous growth of ELCA’s community, where every member can be both a mentor and a mentee, creating a strong network of support and collaboration. Through these relationships between experienced mentors and driven mentees, ELCA helps both parties achieve their goals and build a successful future together.
