Entrepreneurial Ventures is focused on providing advisory services to early and mid-stage companies. We also work with troubled companies in refocusing the business model and/or finding an exit. Entrepreneurial Ventures’ role varies depending on the stage of the company. Generally, take on an active advisory board position with early stage companies helping with strategy development, implementation plans and industry specific networking. Our approach to later stage and troubled companies can be a combination of advisory board and a straight consulting role. Our principal, Richard D. Lane, is a seasoned executive having held numerous CEO and COO positions as well as leading the sales and marketing efforts at both small and large organizations. Mr. Lane is an experienced senior executive with a solid background in building high technology, software and telecommunications companies. He has specialized in starting/turning around and building entrepreneurial, venture funded companies as well as intrapreneurial opportunities within larger corporations. In addition, as a senior team member for the planning and launch of several cellular service providers, his sales, marketing and distribution channel background contributed to the early success in bringing innovative telecommunications/technology products to market.
