Clinicians are like professional athletes - they benefit greatly from training and game data to track progress, find strengths, and make better decisions. Entrustable is a kind of bank for clinicians but we work with something more valuable than money - we save and analyze experience. Experience is the most valuable resource in healthcare, but most clinicians lack even basic data about what they've done in their career. And while signs of past achievement like titles, degrees, or affiliations can be useful, they tell only part of the story. Every healthcare encounter changes two people - a patient's physiology and a clinician's mental model. And even though clinicians do the work of documenting every healthcare experience, the electronic health record is designed to focus on the patient, and leaves clinicians with no (deidentified) data of their own. We build provider analytics software on machine intelligence called a knowledge graph. Our proprietary graph enables software to understand how the things in healthcare are connected, giving insights and analysis with the sole intention of enhancing career satisfaction for clinicians.
