About Environment & Power Systems International
Environment & Power Systems International, LLC was organized in Illinois in 2003, to develop and commercialize a cogeneration technology with integrated air pollution controls designed to abate criteria air pollutants subject to the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) offering states cost-effective solutions for environmental implementation planning and to improve competitiveness and growth of stationary manufacturing industries A registered foreign company in Arizona, the Company is headquartered in the high-tech center of Oro Valley, Arizona. The Company is associated with seasoned business partners and suppliers that have the skills, knowledge and expertise to manufacture small-scale, yet scalable systems for turn-key projects from conception and engineering to aftermarket operations and maintenance. VALUE PROPOSITION Our energy and environmental solution features Vocgen gas turbine oxidizer (GTO) including tactical auxiliary equipment in support of a superior energy savings model for over 100 discrete industrial categories subject to the requirements of Title V Air Operating Permits (CAA); significantly reducing the life-cycle cost of traditional volatile organic compound (VOC) air pollution control equipment; while providing the reliability and economic benefits of cogeneration (CHP) while offsetting central power plant emissions pursuant to the US EPA Clean Power Plan and Guidelines Our economic model significantly reduces operational costs by burning waste volatile organics in mixtures of standard liquid and gaseous fuels with optional biofuels (ethanol) cogenerating clean power and high-quality waste heat. Operational savings benefits the Client (end-user) by providing a return on capital investment (approximately 2 years) from positive annual cash flows for the life of the project estimated at 20-30 years. Products and projects are sold at competitive air pollution control market-based prices.
