Environmental flow is a MCERTS provider and specialist flow consultancy that is led by its founder, Jim Chandler-Corris. The company is based near Cheltenham and provides services across the UK It's services include: Flow Measurement - MCERTS Provider - MCERTS Site Inspections - Flow structure design reviews - Installation and calibration of open channel and closed pipe flow structures - Interim calibration service for MCERTS Process Reviews - Site reviews identifying process issues, faults and solutions Jim Chandler-Corris is a well-known and respected Water Engineer with over 20 years’ experience. He is an expert in flow-measurement and has extensive knowledge of effluent process. Jim has provided consultancy services for much of the UK water industry, as well as power, manufacturing, food, aggregate and waste industries. In addition, Jim provides consultancy for smaller local businesses such as fish farms, breweries and schools. Until recently Jim was a co-owner of Critical Flow Systems Ltd. He was part of the team that originally established the company in 1996 and worked as an MCERTS inspector between 2005 and 2018. As well as being a qualified MCERTS Inspector, Jim has a Severn Trent and Thames Water Safety Passport, and holds a current CSCS card (Construction Site Operative Industry Accreditation). He undertakes regular training in confined space access, emergency first aid, advanced driving and electrical awareness. And has also been trained, accredited and actively works with a number of flow measurement providers on their equipment including Siemans, ABB, Katronics, Pulsar. Jim's extensive knowledge of flow-measurement and site-process enable him to accurately diagnose problems with process, flow measurement and to come up with cost effective solutions. He works with a team of highly skilled and experienced sub-contractors.
