About eparo

Hamburg-based agency for user centered design. We bring user insights into product teams and are fully committed to agile user centered design. Since 2006 we have been making sure that our clients understand their users and their needs and use this knowledge to design great (digital) products and services. Our philosophy: The entire team must develop a deep understanding of users. That’s why we always have a large number of people watching the interviews live and then evaluating them together. Our user research projects range from jobs to be done interviews, customer journeys and focus groups to all types of UX-tests. We regularly conduct iterative product discoveries and product design sprints for websites, apps and software. All fully user-centered and in multi-disciplinary teams. This bring a deep understanding and empathy for the users into the client teams. By combining the User Experience Design skills with UX-tests we can - design interfaces that really meet the user needs and expectations - give recommendations in our UX test reports that are based on years of practical design experience. We have been doing user-centered product discoveries starting in 2007. In 2012 this was honored by the nomination by Apple of the Immonet iPad app as the second best iPad App of 2012! We work in a self-organized manner, make every effort to use resources sustainably and attach great importance to respectful and attentive handling. And we always look forward to visits to our premises in St. Pauli in Hamburg.
