EPC Property Group is an exciting, dynamic and innovative alternative asset investment company with a social conscience. Our objectives are to build lasting relationships and implement a financially suitable structures across local and national government to deliver large scale social housing solutions. We are committed to delivering housing across a variety of areas of local need ranging from key workers (critical employees), general needs, care leavers, supported living and homelessness. We are flexible and pragmatic and are able to create bespoke solutions as per local authority and public sector requirements. Our solutions provide cost effective way for Local Authorities and Public Sector to fulfil their statutory obligations. Our mission is to provide mutually beneficial reciprocal relationships. We are able to add value and shift statutory liability to the private sector. With local authority support, we can provide private sector funding and deliver solutions for key workers, critical employees, affordable housing, care leavers, tackle homelessness and provide a much-needed upgrade to social housing stock. We marry public sector need with private sector finance. EPC sees itself as a custodian of public sector money and are implementing our own regulatory framework to which are partners must ascribe, centred around four key themes: Social, Environmental, Governance and Technology. The need for new money in the housing sector is self-evident. EPC are able to deploy financial resources to support Local Authorities and Public Sector Bodies including the National Health Service to meet their statutory obligations. With a wealth of experience and relationships in real estate, finance and the public sector, EPC has the agility, financial backing and knowledge to provide tailored solutions across the UK to deliver in a post-COVID landscape.
