EPHYMESS GmbH is a competent solution partner for all manufacturers of electrical machines and drive technology. The medium-sized family business develops and produces individual sensor solutions for safety and control requirements for its customers. Since 1955, the products have been manufactured in Germany and sold worldwide in the rail technology, renewable energy and the general industry segment. The company is characterized by a targeted focus on its customers and their needs. A high service level and the qualified consultation offer an optimal, support to the customer and enable individual problem and product solutions. The EPHYMESS product range extends from classic resistance thermometers based on Pt100 for bearing, slot or coil head monitoring to PTC thermistors, KTY sensors, bimetallic switches and thermocouples to electric band heaters. Slot resistance thermometers are at the core of the EPHYMESS portfolio and are available in various designs such as bifilar winding. The sensors are suitable for use in hazardous areas (IECEx & ATEX certifications). Analog and digital evaluation electronics complete the product range. Applications include electric motors, generators, transformers and pumps, in plant engineering, in traffic engineering, in wind turbines, in refrigeration and air conditioning technology as well as in measurement and control technology. Robust and shock-resistant temperature sensors as well as oil level gauges and speed sensors are manufactured especially for the railway industry. EPHYMESS holds numerous utility models and patents, IECEx & ATEX certifications, IBExU and PTB certificates, certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 14001 and the quality standard ISO/TS 22163 (IRIS Rev.3), TR certificates, Metrological certificates and initial calibrations as well as certifications according to UL/CSA (NEC500 / 505), CCC and INMETRO.
