About The Egyptian Pediatric Pulmonology Society (EPPS) is a non-profit society dedicated to the advancement of pediatric pulmonology by promoting education, stimulating research, and encouraging exchange of knowledge and cooperation with other medical societies, with the ultimate goal of improving medical care to patients. EPPS aims to increase the awareness of pediatric pulmonary diseases, facilitate advances in treatment, and promote research in the field of pediatric pulmonology in Egypt. Mission The mission of EPPS is to bring together physicians, healthcare professionals, scientists and other experts working in pediatric pulmonology. Vision EPPS vision focuses on the value of broader public health initiatives for pediatric pulmonary. Objectives Develop national guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric pulmonary diseases. Provide education and training of healthcare professionals in the field of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine. Promote public awareness through different means including print and electronic media, and public seminars. Establish local research in pediatric pulmonary medicine.
