The South African consumers in some spheres of the long-term insurance market have been exposed to exploitation as a result of non-certified insurance providers. Consequently, as part of our commitment is to engage with and educate consumers we interact with regarding the criteria to be satisfied by service providers, and also educate them on their rights and responsibilities. EQ8 Financial Services aims to lend a hand in alleviating this burden on consumers, through fair practice and education.
