About Equally Fit®️

Puzzle Piece Fitness was founded in 2016 after its founder, Mark Fleming, saw a need to provide safe and effective exercise training for the Autism/Related Disorder population since most of the adults he saw coaching Special Olympics had the same motor deficits that the kids had during his work with the ABA company he was working for at the time. Over the next two years, Puzzle Piece Fitness operated in-home successfully by utilizing the owners personal knowledge of Autism, being that he himself is autistic, and the knowledge he obtained from his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. All while obtaining his Masters In Human Performance that culminated with him researching the effects of exercise with the Autism population. In 2018, the owner still saw a vast need that just operating as a traveling personal trainer would not fix. Thus, he formed Puzzle Piece Fitness, LLC with the sole purpose to provide a safe studio gym that this clientele could come and learn without the hassles of a traditional gym atmosphere.
