The company was founded by two longtime friends and industry veterans: Juan Carlos Fleites, President, with over 35 years of experience managing construction projects of all types and sizes, directly supervising budgets, schedules, and resources; and Miguel A. Montero, Vice President, with over 35 years of expertise in general management, consulting, and business ownership, overseeing administration, supplier management, purchasing, contracting, and cash flow. Their combined leadership ensures both operational excellence and financial discipline.
