It is our goal and aspiration to offer vegan, elegant and sustainable horseware products for every rider in the equestrian sports! EQUINETREETM is potentially the first exclusive equestrian brand in the world manufacturing horse harness exclusively made from vegan and sustainable materials. The focus for the harnesses is on the use of AppleskinTM - the sustainable leather substitute material is produced from leftovers of the apple juice industry using a biological upcycling process, rivalling with real leather. The EQUINETREETM brand embraces the concepts of responsibility and innovation by combining style, high quality design and functionality with respect for the environment. Our production partners have at least ISO:9001 and ISO:14001 certification and strive not only to meet the minimum requirements, but to independently set higher standards. We are strongly convinced that every step, no matter how small, counts and inspires and sensitises our fellow human beings. Sustainability shapes our lifestyle and should express who we are. We enjoy equestrian sports and love animals and nature. We want their vitality to be preserved - also for future generations. About Vassalli AG The company G.Vassalli, founded by the Ticino family in 1836, dealt mainly in glass, porcelain and household articles in the wholesale and retail trade. In 1931, a trading agency with factory representatives in the same sector was also founded in Zurich. The company Rag.F.Vassalli was transformed into Vassalli AG in 1982. The last family representative in this industry gave up this business activity in 2017 after 181 years in glass & porcelain. His daughter Patrizia Vassalli was able to take over the corporate veil of the family company in 2021 with a new purpose. In the end, they remained faithful to "the ware": from houseware to horseware.
