The Equitable Care Certification (ECC) was created by sex workers, sex work-affirming therapists and sex working therapists. It is led entirely by QTPOC and sex working therapists: Raquel Savage, Angie Gunn LCSW, CST, CSTS, and Mel Trujillo. ECC currently offers an AASECT-approved 12 course certification program, professional & organizational consulting, and a monthly support group for mental health professionals that also do sex work.
