Equitable Outcomes is a Certified B Corp, dedicated to placing positive service user outcomes at the heart of public sector education, children’s social care, and youth justice services. As a B Corp in the public sector tech industry, we’re part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, and are leading a movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. Working with senior public sector leaders, operational managers, and front-line caseworkers, we help ensure that casework processes, performance frameworks, and case management software are all designed to ensure that outcomes for service users can be measurably and demonstrably achieved. This rigorous focus on outcomes is balanced by a positive and pragmatic approach to the challenges facing service users & their families, the front-line teams helping them, and the software suppliers supporting those teams in turn. As Equitable Outcomes’ primary focus is on supporting marginalised groups, we are also proud members of 1% for the Planet, committing to donate 1% of annual sales (not profits) to support environmental organizations.
