Your company must have an established infrastructure with at least 10 staff members 2. Be a proactive philantropist, actively participate in welfare projects 3. Annual turnover of your business must be 1.000.000 USD or above If you want to become a leader among leaders, you can create an Equium chapter in your country of residence.
