Established in 2012 by ICF Master Certified Coach, author, visionary and entrepreneur Kelly Wendorf, EQUUS is a self-mastery, leadership- and personal-development organization that offers uniquely inspired coaching for clients, course work for thought leaders, and certifications for select, advanced coaches. Their custom-designed approaches sit at the confluence of neuroscience, systems theory, attachment theory, nature-based wisdom and contemplative inquiry. Recognizing that coaching clients needed kinesthetic and experiential processes to ensure optimal learning, EQUUS provides not only remote services through coaching and online courses, but experiential, nature-based process at its Discovery and Learning Campus in Santa Fe, New Mexico, called Thunderbird Ridge. EQUUS is celebrated for its award-winning process called EQUUS Experience® which partners with a herd of horses to facilitate breakthrough learning. Our work has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, Huffington Post and VOGUE. EQUUS established and continues to develop its Experiential Learning and Discovery Campus, nestled in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains just outside of historic Santa Fe. EQUUS curates this sacred land with the permission of and official blessing by the land’s Traditional Tesuque Pueblo Elders. The 11-acre campus is surrounded by nine different pueblos, opens to miles of wilderness hiking trails, and features many beautiful indoor and outdoor settings for dialog, workshops, private retreats, meditation and community.
