Return in the culinary Albanian tradition and being orientated with maximum care towards the client made ERA, in a very short time, one of the most famous restaurants of the capital city. The idea of inserting the activity of Delivery in a city with lack of proper addresses and where nobody trusted it will work, fully completed the image of a business that was increasing its margins as days passed by. Since 1999 until today, ERA continues to hold the first place in this service. In less than two years, Restaurant-Pizzeria ERA, from a small family business, was transformed to a company holding the name ERA 2000. Another challenge and success for the company would be to insert a new service called ERA Catering. Having a surface area of 600 m2 where 2/3 of it were used as production premises using a modern technology and qualified domestic and foreign staff, this service was leading the market and quickly spread to other units such as Antea Cement, AMC, Plus Communication, Hygeia Hospital, American Embassy, etc. ERA's Vision is to remain for a very long time, leader in the market in the area of food service. ERA is the first in offering a unique style of restaurants, the only in achieving the high quality of Catering Service and unrivaled in the Delivery Service. ERA is and will remain a company of high service standards, of innovative ideas and of maximal care towards the client. ERA's Mission is to be one of the best Albanian business models. Sensitive towards the client, responsible for the quality of product and contributing for the vulnerable social groups.
