Joel and Mary Ament formed the Company in 1992 as a Full Service Brokerage. Over the years the company has experienced tremendous growth. In 2002, the Aments moved the office into their new corporate facility at 901 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL. The 4,500 sq. ft. building is state of the art in design & technology and home to 36 employees including 6 management/support, 5 property management and 30 Sales Executives. This location on busy US 41 has a daily traffic count of 33,000. ERA Advantage Realty Inc. works with lenders such as Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank, Regions, One West, Busey Bank, as well as The Veterans Administration, and Fannie Mae.
