In 1977 ERA became a corporate sponsor of MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Assoc.) and to date has donated over 30 million dollars to that charity. In 1994 ERA was the first real estate company to offer their listings on-line, and by 1995 the corporate website, ERA.COM was launched. ERA has been very innovative and is often referred to as the "technology" brand! Affiliating with ERA® in 2005 infused a potent offering of tools, training, and technology into our company, which has allowed ERA Cape Real Estate LLC. to grow its business in a challenging Cape Cod market. ERA Cape Real Estate LLC. is a member of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors and MLS, the PIN MLS system, local Chamber of Commerces, and we are very proud of our ERA’s President Circle status since joining in 2005, representing the top 100 companies nationswide. ERA Cape Real Estate LLC. is the result of two companies with a long standing real estate history on Cape Cod. Dick Martin began his real estate career in 1976 and opened Dick Martin & Associates in 1986 in the same location our South Yarmouth office is in today. Amy Surette Greene took over her family's business , Surette Realty, in 1988. Surette Realty began in 1972 in our current West Dennis location. In 2000 Dick and Amy joined forces and became Martin Surette Realty. In 2005 they purchased an ERA franchise and became ERA Cape Real Estate. Amy passed away in 2009, leaving a legacy of customer service and dedication to the Realtor profession that her husband, Chris Greene continues with partners Dick and Debbie Martin to this day.
