About ERA Commodities
Era commodities is a derivatives trading house that provides prices directly to counterparties to assist with the hedging and risk management needs. Founded in 2018, ERA Commodities is a commodity derivatives trading group specialising in oil and oil products. Located in Singapore and London, ERA commodities trade primarily through ICE and CME and provides dependable liquidity to our counterparties and brokers. We also have the capability of opening credit lines for OTC business. Our experienced team has a combined 240 years of direct oil market knowledge gained from a diverse range of companies (investment banks, oil majors, end users, brokers, power generation and traders) with expertise in both financial trading and energy price risk management. The London based trading team covers all parts of the barrel (crude, fuel, distillates, and light ends), as well as freight, with options trading capabilities across all. In conjunction with our Singapore office, we have market coverage from Singapore open to NYMEX close. In 2023 or proprietary trading business traded more than 200 million metric tonnes of oil and oil product derivatives. It is this underlying trading activity that allows us to be a valued counterparty for corporates who need to manage their price risk.
