Tommy and Terri McGriff-Waldrop opened the ERA Waldrop Real Estate doors in the Spring of 2008 with only four agents and a membership within the Cullman Association of Realtors. Over the past ten years, they have groomed many new agents, maintained an average of fifteen active agents and expanded into the Greater Birmingham Association of Realtors, Valley Association of Realtors and Walker County Board of Realtors market. They are also members of the National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, Zillow and Zap; as well as received the Superior Performance Award from ERA on multiple occasions. Tommy and Terri were in the real estate business long before that spring day in 2008. Together they have accumulated 40 years of real estate experience and bring a wealth of knowledge to their business, their agents and their community. They are loyal to their friends, family, faith and community.
